Infant clothing and toddler clothing is typically depends on an infant age and size. Their clothes generally depends on child weight, height, and even on both height and weight percentile.  Most of the dresses depend from 12 months to 24 months. 

On the other hand infant clothing is known in another name known as children clothing and these are designed for those children who have not yet grown to full heights. When someone refers to children’s clothes that person means more of casual clothes which are fit for them to play and rest. Hosiery is commonly used for them. 

When we refers to children clothing what matters more than ever is the size of the baby or the children generally it is believed that for children of six months only 61 to 67 centimeters of clothes are needed. Were as for the European children height matters in this case rather than children weights. 

Now day’s children specific clothes are a rising issues and they are becoming a gender specific issue and it is expected that  girl’s clothes baby should be pink in color where as boys clothes should be blue. These clothes according to historians should be of pink and blue color for both girls and boys respectively. 

Even in some authors writing it is even found that the color pink is often associated with the young girls, or teenage girls who are expected to wear pink color dresses.  In famous bed time story and cartoon also we find there is reference of princess and girls wearing pink color dress.

All in all we can say now a days due to rising consciousness the clothing companies have decided to manufacture unisex dresses for both boys and girls so that no distinction of these types could be made in future.
